Dina Izzo, fifteen year veteran volunteer at the Hoes Down Festival, came from the Santa Cruz mountains to help cook up some delectible Rosa Bianca Eggplant. The gormet eggplant is white with purple modeling and has a thicker texture that the regular store bought eggplant.
