Four-year-old Allyson Spurlock of Guinda, concentrates on getting the paint in just the right spot on her Tibetan Prayer Flag. Traditionally the pray flag, or Lung Ja, is used to promote peace, compassion, strength and wisdom. Children were invited to create and hang their own prayer flags at one of the many children's activity booths. The flower wreath in Allyson's hair was also created at the festival.
