According to the Department of Water Resources, the water elevation in Lake Berryessa has risen just over five feet since this time last month. Locally the Sacramento river is expected to rise to near 15ft Thursday and tapering off to 14ft on Friday. Flooding stage for the area is 31 ft, far above the expected rise.
